Q. Are all items new?
A. No, a percentage of the items are brand new, and the rest of the stock is a combination of 'as new' or are in their own category of Tabula Rasa which are good quality items but not new or have been worn more than once. All items are clearly marked on their page next to "Condition"
Q. What are the terms next to 'Condition'?
A. We list things in the following way;
Q. What does Tabula Rasa actually mean & what is this section about?
A. Tabula Rasa in it's simplest form means a 'clean' or 'blank' slate and that's what this section of our store is designed especially for.
We want the items in this collection to have a clean slate, a new start. They are not in the other categories as they don't meet with the standards required but are still in lovely condition and wearable, so rather than being wasteful they have been accordingly photographed, described and priced in the hope of giving them a fresh start.
The initials TR have been incorporated into photos so you know exactly which pictures to look at for faults or flaws and can see exactly what you are purchasing.
Q. Why is the RRP given and what is the difference between it and ERP?
A. RRP is the cost of the item (as on it's original tag) and what it would cost if bought through a retailer.
The ERP is the Estimated Retail Price for clothing missing their original price tags, As New, and Tabula Rasa stock. These prices are sourced through research of either the exact or similar items from the designer/retailer as some stock is no longer in circulation. These prices are only estimations of what the item may have originally sold for in major outlets.
Q. How will my item arrive to me?
A. Each item will be treated with the utmost care when being prepared for shipping. Trying to keep costs down for you the consumer, items will be sent using tough non rip postal bags. Large evening and formal dresses will also come in their own organza, breathable and moth proof garment bag free of charge.
Q. Can I exchange items if I find I don't like it or it doesn't suit me?
A. Items that are correct as to your order can not be returned we ask you to choose carefully when making your purchase.
Q. Can I return an item?
A. Sales and Tabula Rasa items can not be returned.
Please read our Returns Policy guide for full information on returns.
Q. How do I know my size?
A. Please refer to the sizing guides provided as it is extremely important that you purchase your correct size, we can not offer refunds on incorrect choices.
All sizes are in Australian standard sizing unless other wise commented on. If a item is in a USA size it will have that next to it's size so appropriate size choices can be made using the size guides.
The same applies to any Plus Size clothing please ensure to check their guides for relevant size information.
See our 'Size Guides & Information' for more details.
A. Shipping is calculated by weight of the total order and your location. We use a flat rate to keep costs to a minimum for you and we pay the difference.
The calculation is shown at the checkout process, 'Shipping method' after entering your postal details.
Australian and New Zealand orders over $150 (AUD) have free delivery.
The shipping fees are completely out of Come Full Circle Clothing's control as they are the fees charged to us by the courier companies and in no way a part of or a profit to this business. There are no handling or packaging fees. Hopefully we aim to provide free shipping once the business grows.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Not at the moment. We hope to as the business grows.
